Chaires Little League Opening Day

Here is our new team this year... the 2011 Chaires Hooks. This is our first year playing Machine Pitch so there are a few new rules that makes it more challenging and more fun. Its almost like playing real baseball (just way cuter!)We had a really fun time at the Opening Day ceremonies. The new favorite position this year is catcher. Jeremy was so excited to be the first one to get to play it. Although, he had a hard time seeing the ball through the mask and he mostly let the balls fly by him or hit him in the leg.We are really working on hitting with Jeremy. He keeps closing his eyes when the ball is coming. You can kind of tell in this picture.
