At our house, we have not attempted to cut open a pumpkin with Jeremy just yet. Instead, we paint our pumpkins. Jeremy has a "painting shirt" that he has to wear to use the
acrylic paint, and its
OK if paint gets on the front porch... it is kind of the goal. The first time it was an accident, but now its his favorite part.

If you look on the ground, you can see the last two years of paint. Its kind of become a conversation starter for anyone who comes to our house. Like I could really be upset about
something so cute!
