Toaster oven disaters

This past weekend I had the morning to myself. Jeremy was at my mom's house, and Joey was at work. So, I was cooking myself a waffle and I hoped in the shower while it was cooking... my toaster oven is usually very slow! Well, when i got out of the shower I smelled a little smoke and when I went into the kitchen the whole toaster oven was filled with black smoke. So, I unplugged it and took it outside and when I opened the door the whole thing was instantly engulfed in flames. Luckily, my kitchen survived other than a faint smell of smoke. And that was the end of my toaster oven...
