Every night when I am putting Jeremy to bed, we have our little ritual. After story time, a song, and a prayer. This is what we say.
Me: "Close your..."
Jeremy: "eyes,"
Me: "and your..."
Jeremy: "mouth."
Me: "Stay in..."
Jeremy: "bed."
Me: "If you get out, you get a..."
Jeremy: "spanking."
Me: "Do not"
Jeremy: "cry,"
Me: "and be very, very..."
Jeremy: "still."
Last night, he told me "but mommy, I can't close my mouth. I have boggers in my nose!" It is so hard not to laugh at him sometimes.

Gotta love those meaningful bedtime conversations! Faith and I have some great moments between the prayers and the goodnight song.
